Greenwood Indiana for 12 days of regrouping, family time, and respite

It’s always great when we are surrounded by family and love. That always happens when are in Indiana. We had an entire basement suite in my Sisters home and that was perfect.

My niece Erin and her hubs Ryan had recently welcomed in baby Isla to their lives and I was so excited to meet her. Micah, her big brother, had grown so much since we were here in October last year. What an absolute joy he is.

My nephew Michael and his wife Brittany just had baby Scarlett when we were here in October and now Scarlett has a personality. She was such a joy to play with. The truth of the matter is those children are absolutely adorable and cute and perfect. We just love them…albeit not as much as the obsessed grandparents.

Kimberly traveled for work during some of our Indy time but we found time to discover a few brew pubs and restaurants. The beer is good in Indy!

I had some housekeeping to do; specifically to register and title the new car in Florida. While in Connecticut, We bought a car in New Hampshire that was titled in Pennsylvania. Then we drove to Indiana to get it titled and registered in Florida. I can assure you that took a dozen or more hours to accomplish. I persisted through the red tape of paperwork and verifications and I’m pretty sure a registration and title are in the works.

Mollie is learning how to play well with other dogs. It’s a problem since she doesn’t realize she is a dog. We are working on that.

We are now in Aurora, CO for 5 weeks. This is very likely going to be our next home so we are planning lots of real estate research time. Although we have mid October through mid May in California, we intend to have a place to come back to. I’m starting to feel a little excitement again and that’s a good thing.

A good time to thank all of you for taking this journey with us. Thank You All!
